Isabel checked me in and she was really friendly - and also helped me reschedule! I was given a little massage therapy as a bonus treatment too after my X-rays. Chase4 June 2025I recently came to BTC for a consultation to see if they could help me with my chronic lower back pain. They took a bunch of X-Rays, examined them and created a custom care plan that fits my needs. I cannot emphasize enough, just how impressed I am with Dr. Goshtasbi and his staff so far. Everyone is so kind and professional. It turns out I have not just a subluxation but Dr G informed me I have Spina Bifida! I have been to multiple chiropractors in the past few years and they all missed that finding when and if they even did X Rays. I am so happy and after only two weeks, I’m already seeing improvement. Suz B4 May 2025I've seen 5 chiropractors in the last 32 years but Dr. Goshtasbi is by far the best one. He truly cares for his patients overall health and well being in his approach. He takes x-rays to see the condition of your spine to be sure you get the corrective treatment based on his diagnosis. I signed up for treatments of back adjustments, cervical decompressions, and laser treatments for my Sciatica. I also appreciate his thorough approach in wanting me to be proactive in my healing process with nutrition, drinking plenty of water, stretching, and exercise. He also goes over dos and don'ts in reminding me not to overdo my body with activities. Back to Care aptly describes their Holistic mantra. Steve Ockerman30 December 2022I was impressed by the doctors honesty and ambition to treat my problem. I went to them as a walk in, which at first she said they couldn’t accept, but did for a back pain that I thought was pinched nerve but instead of popping it back into place he pointed me to a seek at least two months of chiropractic care because what I thought was either a pinched nerve or a bulging disc turned out to be a crooked spine twisting on a nerve. So he instructed me to treat the problem. Not a problem but you know the ultimate problem. I was from out of town and he was very gentle and straight forward with his evaluation and decision that visit. They didn’t take a bunch of useless X-rays nor charge me to adjust, but rather was worried that if he did that I could stiffen up and couldn’t get to a chiropractor due to the holiday closures. I’d sure like to get through this thickness and back to health and head back to see doctor Dave and the crew the next time I’m near Anaheim. It was well worth the call and I’m glad I didn’t delay in finding out what was really wrong with my back. The doctor actually referred me to his old instructor and teacher, who now teaching student doctors how to read MRIs in my hometown and I’m sure he’s going to be delighted to resolve my pain!!!. I have had Chiropractic care with other practitioners, but Dr. G checks all the boxes. Before starting, he takes x-rays, is sure about what he is dealing with. He takes time to examine the x-rays and determines what is wrong. Takes the time to explain the plan, provides updates. He operates by the highest medical ethics I have come across. Provides the best value for the care dollar. His staff is awesome, professional, good-humored. I started going to this practice in April of this year with a back spasm and a pinched nerve. Years ago I had the same thing, worked on it myself, stretching, doing core exercises, and it took me about three years to get to 100%. Dr. Goshtasbi had me back to 100% within a few months. Walter Poland27 October 2022About 3 years ago l had an M R I and found that I had 4 3mm circumferential bulging disc. L3 L4 L5 an S5. I then was sent to physical therapy at Rialto Physical Therapy they did a littttttle good, then to San Berardio Transt Physical Tharspy in Riverside, Then to San Betnardio Physical Therapy Medical Center, and they did nothing, nada, zilch, not a thing , they needed to reread the part about Buldibg disc everything they did added pressure on the disc, twisted, or irritated them. I am not needing pain medication which is the best part. I am grateful to Dr. Goshtasbi and his caring and kind staff for helping me feel like myself again and for helping me be able to enjoy simple things like taking my dogs for a walk without pain and numbness in my arms. It took several months of treatment due to the extensity of my problems, but I'm now down to going once every 5 weeks. He's careful to take x-rays before starting treatment, and I feel he is a great Doctor, very personable. There's also a massage therapist in the office, Saeli, who is wonderful as well. Magic Hands26 March 2021I hurt my neck while working out and wasn't able to look around so I looked for chiropractic around my area and found DR. G on Google in the special category and was able to schedule for my initial evaluation within few days. On my visit, DR. G found many of my vertebrae, in my neck, mid and lower back were out of alignment and were causing lateral curve in my spine, which was confirmed by the X-rays and I was offered a very affordable plan to make my spinal health better. My plan is approximately 3 month long and part of my responsibility is to listen to DR. G and be punctual. Half way in the treatment so far, I am feeling so many changes in my spine, like I feel mobility in my spine that was not there before. When I switch sides on bed I can feel my spine moving to adjust my body fluidly. I can stay in the same position for a longer periods of time. Pain in my neck and lower back is gone to 2 from 8. There was some numbness in my fingers prior to see DR. G and it is subsidizing and my height has increased about 1/2 an inch which is the sign of improvement. I am very great full to DR.G for taking a good care of me. I highly recommend people with back and spinal issues to see him just once at least. I feel very safe while I am at the office thanks to all their Covid safety measures. They are always able to see you relatively quickly with very minimal reception area wait time. Also added bonus since I started coming here the number of migraines I have a month has decreased dramatically. I used to have anywhere from 4-8 migraines a month, now I have maybe 1, if that! I didn't like having to take medication all of the time, especially because it wasn't doing anything to prevent the headaches. I still frequently missed class, work, and other activities. I found Back to Care through my insurance about two years ago, and I'm so happy I did! The number of headaches I have has decreased significantly and the ones I do have are not nearly as intense. Kandyce Sosa18 May 2019Back to Care Chiropractic staff is friendly and Dr. G is knowledgable. I went searching through my insurance website to find a chiropractor in my area. I checked out their websites and reviews but Dr. G was the one I made my appointment with. Reason 1) being many of the other chiropractors did not have the specialty or experience listed of working with pregnant women (which I wasn't just going to see anyone) and 2) they had good availability and were able to get me and my husband in right away. There were a couple first appointments, I believe, when the Dr. was about to go out of town and when he returned, that the schedule was a bit packed and we waited about 45 minutes. However, we stuck it out, and now see him 2-3 times a week and I am in and out in 20-30 minutes. They also will repeat your appointments around the same time for the following week, which can be good if you have a consistent schedule. I had never had such severe back pain until I found myself laying on the hard floor and not waiting to move. I am recommended my best friend who is also pregnant. The best deal I could have ever get when analyzing the improvements I've been experiencing. I came a month ago for my first consultation, complaining about lower back pain, shoulder and neck pain. They ran a very detailed-oriented screen on my first visit. Their intake form is long but helps them to have a better understanding of our body and routine. Dr. G evaluated me and proceeded with X-Rays that were included in my package. I came back for a second consultation where he went patiently over the results.
